Premium Pass Terms of Use

Hey there fellow small biz owner! By purchasing the Premium Pass at the 2025 Reliable Client Results Summit (hereinafter the “Program”), you, the purchaser (hereinafter “Student”) enter an agreement with WholeCo Media LLC ("Company") and agree to the following terms:

Course Deliverables

The Program is an online course. Company agrees to provide the content as promised on the Program checkout page, which includes:

  • Twice daily 75-minute live sessions, during the week of 4-8 August 2025, which will consist of a "viewing party" followed by opportunity for personalized consulting and coaching. While Company will try to give every attendee an opportunity to receive support, we cannot guarantee this due to time constraints and variable attendance rates. These sessions will be hosted on Zoom and will not be recorded. A written transcript will be generated live during the session, but will not be shared publicly by Company after the session.
  • Access to our Summit Support Line, between 4-8 August 2025. Students are entitled to a personal written and/or video and/or audio response to one submitted question during the summit dates. This question must be submit via the provided Summit Support Line form. Students are invited to submit more than one question, but due to variable attendee usage, Company only guarantees an answer to one question. This answer may come from Carly Jo Bell, founder of WholeCo Media and the host of this summit, or from a relevant summit speaker. The decision about who answers Students question will be solely at Company's discretion.
  • The Client Success Toolkit, a free bundle of premium speaker-provided courses, templates, and tools. Student must individually enroll in each relevant contribution to the Toolkit, via the link/s provided by Company. Student is responsible for ensuring any relevant discount codes or processes are applied before signing up for any speaker-provided tool. The final day to register for these tools for free is Friday, 26 September 2025 at 11:59pm PT.
  • $100 in Self-Trust Bucks, a dollar-for-dollar discount available on any products sold by Company on their website, www.WholeCoMedia.com. This discount is available to use for 6 months from the end of the summit (10 August 2025). Any unused portion of this discount will be forfeited if not used prior to that time.
  • Lifetime access to all video presentations from the 2025 Reliable Client Results Summit.
  • Sustainable Offer Suite Reset program, a live "get it done" style program that is hosted by Company the week following the summit. This program consists of two live training sessions (one on Monday and the other on Friday) plus daily action steps in between. Student will also have the opportunity for ongoing support during this program via the pop-up Facebook group which will be available from 11-15 August 2025. Session replays and corresponding action steps will be delivered via a separate training library, after the program is complete.

Student will retain access to the Program for the life of the Program, meaning for as long as Company offers and maintains the Program. Company will provide Student with at least one month’s notice should Company need to retire the program.
